If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment excluding delivery charges and sales tax (in case of COD).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Step 2
Our representative will offer you with an exchange / refund depending upon the nature of the request. In case the customer isn’t happy with a product a similar product or a refund can be offered within 30 days of delivery.
Step 3
In case a refund is agreed upon the customer has to send the product to our warehouse located at Karachi. The return will be inspected for any damage.
If approved, refund will be processed immediately to his JazzCash, EasyPaisa or any bank account.
Warehouse address will be shared by Team Blatic representative.
OR
In case the customer wants another product it will be delivered to his doorstep after the original product has been delivered to Warehouse.
